I design recruitment software to help recruitment agencies work more effectively. I own and run Intelligence Recruitment Software Ltd. Intelligence is a CRM/ATS system for recruiters and recruitment agencies. In very basic use it is a very easy to use system to manage candidate and client information, and so get visibility of what is happening with the business. Unlike most recruitment software systems I focus on designing software tools to help good recruiters become even better. I aim to increase the turnover of all recruiters by at least 10% simply by providing visibility of the opportunities that are already there.

I regularly run free webinars about social recruiting, recruitment technology and a wide range of other tools and techniques that help recruiters make more placements. Recordings of all my webinars are available on my blog page http://www.intel-sw.com/blog. Also on my blog page are many free recruitment tools that I have developed.

I have been a speaker at many recruitment and sourcing conferences. These include all the truLondon unconferences. the Discover Sourcing conference, APSO conference in South Africa, Radical Planet in Canada and later this year SOSU Europe. I have organized TruSouthAfrica, TruBelfast and the Greg Savage Master Class in South Africa.
