Jillian Nelson

Responsible for managing the resources function within the business; sourcing and recruiting staff to all parts of the Robertson Group covering Facilities Management, Construction, Capital Projects, Homes, Property and Timber Engineering. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and producing regular reports and statistics for the Board of Directors.

Additionally, my role includes creating and implementing development programmes for Graduates/Interns/Apprentices/Trainees across the business in multiple locations.
