Biography

David has always been fascinated by leadership and enterprise. Between 2006 and 2012 he built and ran an international leadership network, taking annual turnover from £11,000 to £4.2million in 4 years. The organisation operated in seven countries, involved up to 2,000 people every year and raised over £12million for charity in the process. He has worked in leadership and change management in start-ups as well as established multi-nationals.

David is a qualified business psychologist, trained in the leadership and direction of teams/organisations by the Institute of Directors, Common Purpose & the Mountain Leader Training Board. One of David’s teams was recognised in 2012 for skills in innovation by The Observer in their article on Britain’s 50 ‘New Radicals’. David was recognised by Director magazine as the ‘Director of the Month’ in November 2011 and was involved in the Resource Alliance’s Future Leaders Programme.

David loves helping people break the plateau effect in their professional lives and has specialised his coaching practise to do just that.
